Make AI recommendation accountable.
Businesses should be able to see when they are named, when they are overlooked, which competitors take their place, and what evidence shaped the answer.
AI is becoming a decision layer between businesses and their buyers. When it names a few companies and leaves the rest out, that decision should be measurable, explainable, and possible to improve.
Search told businesses where they ranked. Analytics told them what people clicked. AI recommendations often provide neither. A buyer asks one question, receives a short answer, and a few businesses become the options. Everyone else disappears from the decision.
OTW Motion exists to make that new layer of discovery visible.
Within five years, “What does AI say about us?” will be a standard business question. We intend to be the standard answer, across products, markets, languages, and AI platforms.
Businesses should be able to see when they are named, when they are overlooked, which competitors take their place, and what evidence shaped the answer.
We build measurement, reporting, and implementation systems that help teams understand their AI visibility, act on it, and measure again to see what genuinely changed.
Optimization without a baseline is guesswork. We start by showing where the business stands, then decide what deserves to change.
A score is not enough. Teams should be able to open the answers behind it, challenge the interpretation, and understand the uncertainty.
A fixed dashboard cannot represent every product, market, buyer journey, or client workflow. The questions, scope, AI platforms, delivery, branding, and integrations should adapt.
Knowing that AI overlooks a business is not the finish line. We help teams improve positioning, content, technical signals, and third-party presence, then re-measure the same ground.
AI answers change. Close rankings are not always real gaps. We would rather show uncertainty clearly than turn a noisy result into a confident story.

“For four years, my job was making sure the machine named my company.”
Before founding OTW Motion, Melinda Tongdee worked across product, growth, and digital acquisition at Traveloka and BMO Insurance. At Traveloka, she led work across seven markets, a US$10M annual budget, and an 11-person team. She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
That experience now informs OTW Signal: a measurement system built by someone who has worked on both sides of the recommendation layer, and knows that being named is only meaningful when the business can understand why.
Some teams need a clear baseline. Others need ongoing infrastructure or someone to carry out the work. OTW Signal is designed to meet the business where it is.
A focused measurement of the buyer questions, products, markets, and AI platforms that matter, with competitors and evidence behind the result.
