What OTW Signal is
OTW Signal is a tool that crawls a website you provide, tests how AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, with more planned) respond to questions about your business, and generates a report showing what was found. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You need an account (email + password) to register a business and purchase a report or subscription. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.
What you're submitting
When you submit a website URL, you're representing that you're authorized to have it analyzed — for example, that it's your own business's site, or a client's site you have permission to check. Don't submit URLs for sites you don't have the right to analyze.
Payments
- Signal Report ($2.99, one-time) — a single payment for a single report. Once the report has been generated, this purchase is final; see Refunds below.
- Signal Dashboard ($29/mo or $278/yr) — a recurring subscription, billed automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
Refunds
Because a report consumes real, metered costs (API calls to third-party AI providers) as soon as it's generated, we don't offer refunds once a report has been produced. If something went technically wrong on our end (e.g., you were charged but never received a report), contact us and we'll make it right.
What the report is — and isn't
Signal reports reflect a snapshot of what specific AI engines returned for specific test questions, at a specific point in time. AI assistants change their answers over time, and results can vary. A report is not a guarantee of future visibility, ranking, or business outcomes — it's a factual snapshot with our best-effort interpretation and recommendations attached. Any recommendations are hypotheses to test, not promises of results.
Acceptable use
Don't use OTW Signal to:
- Analyze websites you don't have permission to analyze
- Attempt to overload, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
OTW Signal is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTW Motion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a report's recommendations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page.
